Questions, answered first

Everything you'd ask before you book

Straight answers on pricing, timing, and how a job actually goes. Don't see your question? Call David White's crew at 770-692-0499.

How does your pricing work?

Pricing is based on volume, meaning how much room your items take up in our truck. We give you a firm price on-site before anything moves, and that price is locked in. There are no hourly charges, no fuel fees, and no surprises at the end. You pay only after the job is done.

How fast can you come out?

Same or next-day pickup is available across Buford and the surrounding North Georgia cities when our schedule allows. Reach out in the morning and we can often confirm a window for that same day. Tell us what you have and we'll give you the first available arrival time.

Do I have to move anything before you arrive?

No. You point at what you want gone and our crew does all the lifting and loading. Items can stay right where they are, whether that's a second-floor bedroom, a backyard shed, or the far corner of the garage. You don't lift a finger.

What items do you take?

We haul furniture, appliances, mattresses, hot tubs, pianos, yard debris, garage and attic clutter, and general household junk. We also handle whole-property estate and foreclosure cleanouts. If you are not sure about a specific item, just ask when you reach out.

Is there anything you cannot take?

We cannot accept hazardous materials such as wet paint, motor oil, propane tanks, chemicals, or asbestos. These require specialized disposal. If you have something like that in the pile, let us know and we can point you toward the right place to handle it.

What happens to my stuff after you haul it?

We sort what we collect. Items in good condition go to local donation centers when possible, and metals and electronics are recycled where local facilities accept them. Only what truly cannot be reused or recycled goes to disposal, so more stays out of the landfill.

When and how do I pay?

You pay after the job is finished and you have seen the space cleared. We confirm the price with you up front and that is what you pay. There is nothing due to get on the schedule.

Are you a big junk-removal franchise?

No. North Georgia Junk Pros is owner-operated by David White, based right here in North Georgia. When you call, you are supporting a local crew that lives in the same towns we serve and cares about its reputation here.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve Buford, Sugar Hill, Suwanee, Cumming, Flowery Branch, Gainesville, and the surrounding North Georgia communities. If you are nearby and not listed, reach out and we will let you know if we can get to you.

Can you remove a hot tub off a deck?

Yes. Decks are one of the more common access scenarios we deal with. We break the hot tub down on-site into pieces that can be carried through whatever exit you have, whether that is a gate, a side yard, or down a flight of deck stairs. We clean up the footprint when we are done.

Do you clear whole estates?

We do. A whole-estate cleanout means we clear every room, the attic, the basement, the garage, and any outbuildings, without you having to sort or move anything first. We work at a pace that fits the family and the situation, and we leave the property swept and ready.

What is the difference between a property cleanout and an estate cleanout?

A property cleanout is the broader term. It covers rentals between tenants, homes being cleared before a sale, or any whole-property job. An estate cleanout is specifically when a home is being cleared after a loss or a major life transition. The physical work is similar, but the approach with an estate is more careful and unhurried. We handle both.

Do you serve the Lake Lanier area?

Yes. We cover the full Lake Lanier shoreline, including Flowery Branch and the Gaines Ferry Road corridor, the Hall County lakefront near Gainesville, and the Forsyth County side near Cumming. Lake house and dock cleanouts are a regular part of our work from spring through fall.

Do I need to be home when you come?

It helps for the initial price confirmation, but once we have agreed on a price and you have shown us what is going, many customers hand us a key or arrange access and let us handle the job. We keep you updated and call when the space is cleared.

What items can you not take?

Hazardous material is the main limit: wet paint, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, and medical waste all have to go through proper disposal channels, not a junk truck. Tires and some electronics need special routing, so ask about those before we arrive. Almost everything else, including furniture, appliances, hot tubs, pianos, and full cleanouts, is what we do every day.

Can you handle a piano or other very heavy items?

Yes. Pianos are one of the heavier and more awkward single-item removals we do. We bring enough crew to move it safely without damaging your floors, walls, or doorframes. Same for other heavy pieces like large safes, cast-iron equipment, or very heavy furniture. Tell us what you have when you book and we plan accordingly.

Still have a question?

Tell us what you've got and we'll give you a firm price up front.
